Legacy Beers

Beers no Longer on Tap and Future Beers

Sentinel Pine Pale Ale

ABV 5.6% | IBU 35

Our pale ale features a traditional medium bodied malt backbone with a notable hop presence both in bitterness and flavor! We used a hearty handful of Chinook and Simcoe hops to provide that traditional pine and resin pale ale flavor and aroma, and we liked it so much we decided to dry hop it as well! This beer is named after Sentinel Pine, a majestic landmark in northwest Arkansas that is smack dab in the middle of some of the finest nature areas in the state!

Mt. Nebo NEIPA w/ Trinidad Scorpion Pepper

ABV 6.8% | IBU 38

Boasting all the attributes of our hazy IPA this beer adds the additional punch of Trinidad Scorpion Pepper! The blend of big tropical fruit flavors with the caribbean flavor of the pepper is refreshing and unique, and the heat from the peppers leaves a gentle heat that is oh so nice!

Buffalo River Blueberry Wheat

ABV 7% | IBU 12 On Tap Now!

We took a traditional Belgian wit and added SO… MANY… BLUEBERRIES! With a slight citrusy flavor from the Belgian yeast and the delightful earthy fruitiness of real blueberries this blueberry wheat is the best in the state! We named it after the Buffalo River, which provides a literal buffet of activities including floating, fishing, hiking, camping, and many of the other things that make the Natural State so great!

Orange Creamsicle Milkshake IPA

Mountain Magic Butterbeer

Returning Halloween 2026

Double, double toil and trouble. Fire burn and cauldron bubble! There are tales of magic and witchcraft in the Ozarks dating back centuries, and some say those spirits still haunt these hills! This witches’ brew will tantalize your taste buds with the taste of tart crisp apple, rich decadent butter, and brown sugar adding a touch of sweetness creating a treat that can’t be beat! It’ll have you saying “I’m a wizard y’all!”

La Fille en Feu Habanero Saison

ABV 7.2% | IBU 24

“La Fille en Feu,” which translates to “Girl on Fire,” is the perfect name for our habanero Saison. The French explored much of Arkansas starting in 1673, and many landmarks bear the mark of

that influence all over the Natural State. With this beer we started with our traditional Saison and kicked it up a notch with habanero peppers, which add bright citrus notes and just the right amount of burn, without making you feel like you are actually on fire!

Pinnacle Mountain Pilsner

ABV 5.2% | IBU 36

This traditional German Pilsner has a soft but strong malt backbone with an assertive bitterness from noble hops that will have you saying “DAS IST BIER”! This lager is oh so refreshing on these hot, Arkansas summer days! Just west of Little Rock, Pinnacle Mountain state park offers a wide variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, or enjoying a picnic surrounded by scenic beauty!

Hawksbill Crag Oktoberfest

ABV 6% | IBU 20

This malty yet smooth lager is a traditional German Märzen with a hint of sweetness and a dry finish leaving you craving more! The beautiful amber color with ruby highlights hints at the fall leaves starting to show their stuff all over the natural state, but nowhere better than Hawksbill Crag!

Christmas at the Crescent

ABV 7% | IBU 14

This beer takes a classic Belgian Wit and juices it up with a hefty dose of orange peel, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and last but not least, ghost pepper! Never fear, this pepper is more like Casper than poltergeist! It’ll have you feeling like you are in front of the fireplace in one of the nations most haunted hotels, sharing a drink with guests both current… and those that don’t seem to be able to leave!

Aux Arc Saison

Returning Fall 2026

Also referred to as a farmhouse style, this French/Belgian inspired beer is known for it’s unique malt profile, assertive hop bitterness, and delightful floral and fruit notes derived from the yeast! Aux Arc (pronounced “Oh Zar”) isn’t just a town in Arkansas, it’s the name the French explorers in Arkansas used to refer to this entire region (particularly the biggest bend in the Arkansas river), and the origin of the word “Ozark,” which is still in use today!

Crowley’s Ridge Orange Cream Ale

ABV 5.6% | IBU 25

Our Cream Ale, which is the ancestor to the very popular American Lager, offers a light body with subtle maltiness made smooth and creamy by the corn in the mash. Lightly hopped and with the aroma and flavor or bright citrus from orange peels added prior to packaging, this crushable beer is perfect to relax at the end of a hot day! Crowley’s Ridge State Park, just 9 miles outside of Paragould, boasts fishing, swimming, hiking, and even cabins nestled into the

scenic hills!

Crater of Diamonds Dunkel

ABV 5.6% | IBU 25

This dark lager is rich and malty with many of the flavor notes you expect from a stout, such as chocolate and hints of coffee, but with a light lager body and a hint of spices from the Saaz hops.  This gem of a brew is named after the Crater of Diamonds state park, located in central AR, where visitors can hunt for diamonds and keep what they find!

Lavender Creamsickle Milkshake IPA

ABV 7% | IBU 45

A smooth, creamy, citrusy dream with a floral twist. It’s brewed with lactose and vanilla for that milkshake vibe, bright hops for a citrusy pop, and lavender to bring the springtime feels.  It’s sweet, refreshing, and totally crushable like a creamsickle for grownups.

Beaver Jim's Smoked Baltic Porter

ABV 7.5% | IBU 12

This robust and malty Baltic Porter marries that classic profile we all know and love with a hint of cherrywood smoked malt for a finish that will warm you up on a cold winters' day! Beaver Jim’s homestead is still standing near the Buffalo River and is a testament to the life early Arkansas settlers faced.

Blanchard Springs Belgian Blonde

ABV 6.6% | IBU 22 On Tap Now

This light golden ale has a hefty malt backbone and medium body with a dry finish that leaves you craving more! Some delectable spice and fruit aroma and flavor from the Belgian yeast mixes with earthy and spicy hops to make for a spring treat that is hard to beat! Jalapeno-Cucumber Kölsch

ABV 4.9% | IBU 27

Bryan Tim’s Jalapeño-Cucumber Kölsch! This beer has a light body and dry finish with the soft mouthfeel you would expect from a Kölsch, with the aroma and flavor of fresh jalapeño and cucumber to make it even more crushable!

It's like cherry pie in a glass! Spy Rock Overlook greets visitors with stunning views of long frosted valleys this time of year. It's perfect for an easy walk along the overlook spur or as a part of a more challenging trek along the Ozarks Highland trail system!

Wicked White Stout

ABV 6.2% | IBU 20

This medium bodied golden ale has a malty body with hints of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate on the finish, it’s like you favorite latte got turned into a beer! We’d like to thank our friends at Kyya Chocolate and The Wicked Bean coffee for the delicious cacao nibs and coffee beans that give this white/golden stout those rich dark flavors you would expect from a much darker beer.
