This light and refreshing lager features a nice malty backbone with just enough hops to balance it out, but not finish bitter, and is light enough to enjoy in these hot Arkansas summers! We named this beer Highfill American Lager to celebrate our local community and Arkansas farmers who put food on our tables and of course make delicious beer possible! Arkansas is the biggest producer of rice in the United States, and rice is the key to making this lager so light and refreshing!

Sentinel Pine Pale Ale | Tap 3

ABV 5.6% | IBU 35 | 16oz Pint $5

This beer is named after Sentinel Pine, a majestic landmark in northwest Arkansas that is smack dab in the middle of some of the finest nature areas in the state!

Icebox IPA | Tap 4

ABV 6.2% | IBU 70 | 16oz Pint $6

Everyone loves a good west coast IPA, and for good reason! We decided to lighten the color and body of ours just a bit and give it a hefty dose of New Zealand Hops in the form of Rakau, Moteuka, and Galaxy for a touch of tropical fruitiness on top of that normal hop bitterness. Like our IPA, Icebox cave is a refreshing break while hiking on the trails in Devils Den State Park!

Eye of the Needle Irish Red | Tap 5

ABV 5.2% | IBU 25 | 16oz Pint $5

Crater of Diamonds Dunkel | Tap 11

ABV 5.6% | IBU 25 | 16oz Pint $6

Mountain Magic Butterbeer

Returning Halloween 2025

Double, double toil and trouble. Fire burn and cauldron bubble! There are tales of magic and witchcraft in the Ozarks dating back centuries, and some say those spirits still haunt these hills! This witches’ brew will tantalize your taste buds with the taste of tart crisp apple, rich decadent butter, and brown sugar adding a touch of sweetness creating a treat that can’t be beat! It’ll have you saying “I’m a wizard y’all!”

La Fille en Feu Habanero Saison

Returning Fall 2025

“La Fille en Feu,” which translates to “Girl on Fire,” is the perfect name for our habanero Saison. The French explored much of Arkansas starting in 1673, and many landmarks bear the mark of

that influence all over the Natural State. With this beer we started with our traditional Saison and kicked it up a notch with habanero peppers, which add bright citrus notes and just the right amount of burn, without making you feel like you are actually on fire!

Pinnacle Mountain Pilsner

This traditional German Pilsner has a soft but strong malt backbone with an assertive bitterness from noble hops that will have you saying “DAS IST BIER”! This lager is oh so refreshing on these hot, Arkansas summer days! Just west of Little Rock, Pinnacle Mountain state park offers a wide variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, or enjoying a picnic surrounded by scenic beauty!

Hawksbill Crag Oktoberfest

Returning October 2025

Aux Arc Saison

Returning Fall 2026

Also referred to as a farmhouse style, this French/Belgian inspired beer is known for it’s unique malt profile, assertive hop bitterness, and delightful floral and fruit notes derived from the yeast! Aux Arc (pronounced “Oh Zar”) isn’t just a town in Arkansas, it’s the name the French explorers in Arkansas used to refer to this entire region (particularly the biggest bend in the Arkansas river), and the origin of the word “Ozark,” which is still in use today!

Crowley’s Ridge Orange Cream Ale

Returning Fall 2025

Our Cream Ale, which is the ancestor to the very popular American Lager, offers a light body with subtle maltiness made smooth and creamy by the corn in the mash.
